Our students had the chance to ask a real-life author questions to end our Dr. Seuss week! How cool is it that we have an author on staff?! Thank you to our 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Wheeler, for doing this for our students 💜 Also, a huge thank you to our Reading committee for their help in making this week so fun and engaging for our tigers!

School Counseling Week is a timely reminder of the quiet, essential work happening in our schools every day.

This week, we recognize and thank our school counselors for the critical role they play in supporting students’ academic growth, social-emotional well-being, and future planning. Counselors are often the first to notice when a student is struggling—and the steady presence that helps them navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

From individual student support and crisis response to academic advising and career guidance, your work matters more than most people realize—and it truly changes lives.

If you see a school counselor today, take a moment to thank them.

Thank you to our school counselors for your compassion, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to students. Our schools are stronger because of you.

Our 3rd graders got a special treat today in Mrs. Campbell's room. They visited Starbooks Cafe where they "tasted" samples of different book genres to see what type of book they like best. What a great day of learning!
